Felix Kwasniok

Felix Kwasniok studied human medicine at Ruhr University Bochum from 2003 to 2009. He completed his practical year at the BG University Hospital Bergmannsheil in Bochum before receiving his medical license in November 2009.

He began his specialist career as a resident in the Department of Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery at St. Barbara Hospital in Hamm. In 2016, he was certified as a Specialist in Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery by the Medical Association of Westphalia-Lippe. In the following years, he took on increasingly senior roles: in 2016 he became Coordinator of the Endoprosthetics Centre, was appointed Senior Consultant in 2017, and in 2019 he was certified as a Principal Surgeon of the Endoprosthetics Centre. That same year, he was also awarded the additional qualification in Special Trauma Surgery.

From 2022 to 2025, he served as Senior Consultant and Deputy Chief Physician in the Department of Knee and Hip Surgery with a focus on joint replacement (endoprosthetics) at St. Elisabeth Hospital in Beckum. Since February 2025, he has been part of the Procelsio Clinic team as a surgeon specializing in joint replacement.
He is an active member of the German Knee Society (DKG) and the Society for Arthroscopy and Joint Surgery (AGA) and regularly participates in scientific congresses and continuing education.
